TAI CHI FOR HEALTH WITH BARBARA GRANDOLFO
Wednesdays 10:00-11:30 am starting January 8th, 2020
The ancient art of Tai Chi promotes good balance, flexibility, and vibrant health. Learning the set of 108 moves is a four-month journey into conscious movement. Each week will include warming up exercises, questions, personal help and the repetition of practicing new moves. Classes will meet on Wednesdays 10-11:30 am starting on January 8, 2020.
Our instructor, Barbara Grandolfo, was initially drawn to the combined qualities of healthful movement and meditation inherent in Tai Chi and through her passionate interest as a student became a certified teacher in 2016. Barbara looks forward to sharing this beautiful movement as well as sharing stories, insights, and benefits with her students.
