WATCH ME MOVE (ages 18 months+ with parent or caregiver):
Thursdays, 4:30-5:15 pm
A fun-filled creative movement class for children and parents. This class encourages free movement and play, along with child and parent bonding. Music is chosen to enhance imagination and creativity. A great way to explore, grow, and make new friends! 6-week sessions October 8, 2020, & February 4, 2021. Allison Taber
MUSIC & MOVEMENT (ages 3+): Wednesdays, 2-2:45 pm
For our littlest ballet dancers: An introduction to dance for the very young dancer. Two 8 week sessions start October 7, 2020, and February 3, 2021. Juliette Lauzier Bridges
BALLET/TAP I (ages 5+): Wednesdays, 3:30-4:30 pm
1/2 hour of Tap and 1/2 hour of Ballet in this fun class for kindergarteners and first graders. (Full term, recital). Jasmine Rand
JAZZ/TAP I (ages 6+): Wednesdays, 4:30-5:30 pm
Jazz/Tap is back! This fun new class incorporates 1/2 hour of Jazz with 1/2 hour of Tap for our returning Ballet/Tap & Ballet/Jazz dancers. (full term, recital). Jasmine Rand
DANCE CREATIONS (ages 6+): Thursdays, 3:30-4:30 pm
Utilizing dance and theatrical games, props & improvisation with lots of opportunity for creative exploration, this fun creative movement class is sure to take children into a whole new world of dance! (Full Term, recital). Allison Taber
BALLET II (ages 8+): Wednesdays, 3:30 pm
Second-year, full hour Ballet class for our returning Ballet I dancers or equivalent (full-term, recital). Juliette Lauzier Bridges
BALLET III (9+): Wednesdays, 4:30-5:30 pm
Hour-long Ballet class for our returning Ballet II dancers or students new to The Ballroom with equivalent dance experience. (Full term, recital) Juliette Lauzier Bridges
BALLET V (11+): Thursdays, 3:30-5 pm
Fifth-year ballet, now in a 1.5-hour format for our returning Ballet IV students or those new to The Ballroom with equivalent dance experience. (Full term, recital) Juliette Lauzier Bridges
JAZZ FUSION (10+): TBD*
Jazz dance is upbeat & fun. Jazz Fusion links different styles of Jazz dance each with their own characteristics and influences. This class is appropriate for our returning Jazz Fusion dancers as well as new dancers (Full term, recital). *We are still searching for our perfect new Jazz Fusion teacher!
BALLET VI/VIII (13+): Thursdays, 5-6:30 pm
Sixth-Eighth year Ballet- for our returning Ballet V/VII dancers or equivalent. (Full term, recital). Juliette Lauzier Bridges
CONTEMPORARY JAZZ (14+): TBD*
Energetic & fun, Jazz Dance changes, and evolves. As a theatrical form, it can represent musical theater as well as dance styles associated with the popular culture. Contemporary Jazz combines elements of different dance genres but also focuses on self-expression. Pre-requisite: prior to dance (Ballet, Jazz, or Modern). (Full term, recital) *We are searching for our perfect new Contemporary jazz teacher
TEEN TAP (Teens 16+): Wednesdays, 5:30 pm
Full hour Tap class for our returning Teen Tap dancers or equivalent (most students have had a minimum of eight years prior tap). (Full term, recital). Juliette Lauzier Bridges
BALLET X (ages 16+): Wednesdays, 6:30-8 pm
10th-year Ballet students further expand their technique essential to progression while also focusing on musicality. Pointe work emphasizes the strengthening of muscles and safe, proper use of feet. (Full term, recital) Juliette Lauzier Bridges
ADULT INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED TAP: Thursdays, 6:30–7:30 pm
Intermediate/advanced level tap includes technique & choreography. A minimum of 10 years prior Tap is recommended (full-term, optional recital). Juliette Lauzier Bridges
ADULT ADVANCED BEGINNER TAP: Thursdays 7:30-8:30 pm
Last year's beginner tappers are now “advanced beginners”! Join us for this fun, rhythmic dance class! (full term, optional recital). Juliette Lauzier Bridges
PLEASE NOTE: Ages in the class description are guidelines. Prior experience is the most important factor in determining class placement. Also, some changes in the schedule may be needed, during the dance term. Classes with low enrollment may be canceled or postponed-- advance registration is important! We offer classes for beginners through advanced level ballroom dancers.
Taught by Lisa Cummings (Imari), artistic director of Imari in the Sahara Desert Dancers. Belly Dancing is therapeutic and energizing and is a great way to socialize.

Our mission and aim are to inspire authentic well-being through free-form dance by hosting dance waves for personal and community growth and transformation.

For everybody and every body! Zumba takes the "work" out of workout by mixing low intensity and high intensity dance and fitness moves. You'll go at your own pace in this fun interval style dance-fitness class. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over you'll see why Zumba classes are call "Exercise in Disguise". ZUMBA KIDS WITH MS. ALLISON
Join Early Childhood Educator, dancer & Zumba instructor, Allison Taber for our fun Summer Zumba Kids session! Our weekly summer classes start:
Thursday, July 9. 8:45-9:30 am, ages 3-6;
9:30-10:30am, ages 7-12

Classes for beginners as well as experienced yogis are taught by Rose Heggeman, BA, Holistic Health Coach and registered Yoga Alliance 200 hour teacher. Moderate Flow (focused on alignment, strength and mental focus) classes meet Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 10 am.
