First Saturday of each month, 2-4 pm


Like to dance but don’t like the club or bar scene? Reclaim joy, discharge tensions from the week and explore freedom with movement. Contact and Freestyle dancers are welcome to dance to R & B, Classical, Hip-Hop, Jazz, Chaos, Dup-Step, World, Old School, Trance and more.

Group Core Fusion classes meet Tuesdays and Thursdays 9-10:20 am and Wednesdays 6-7:15 pm (September-June).

A PIYO workout includes core work, flexibility and strength moves. Set up like a cardio class, the music and flow keep your mind busy and your heart rate up!

For everybody and every body! Zumba takes the "work" out of workout by mixing low intensity and high intensity dance and fitness moves. You'll go at your own pace in this fun interval style dance-fitness class. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over you'll see why Zumba classes are call "Exercise in Disguise". Classes for beginners as well as experienced yogis are taught by Rose Heggeman, BA, Holistic Health Coach and registered Yoga Alliance 200 hour teacher. Moderate Flow (focused on alignment, strength and mental focus) classes meet Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 10 am.

Wednesdays 10:00-11:30 am starting January 8th, 2020


The ancient art of Tai Chi promotes good balance, flexibility, and vibrant health. Learning the set of 108 moves is a four-month journey into conscious movement. Each week will include warm-up exercises, one-on-one time with the intstructor and practice of new moves. Classes meet on Wednesdays 10-11:30am starting on January 8, 2020.


The instructor, Barbara Grandolfo, was drawn to Tai Chi for its meditative qualities and became a certified teacher in 2016.
