Nettie Gentempo is back at The Ballroom with our Dance 2023-2024 season for her third “non consecutive year” (Nettie was a member of our dance faculty 2011-2013!), Nettie is a homeschooling mother, professional hula hoop artist & co-founder and artistic director of the Nevaeh Dance Circus based out of Western Maine. For almost 2 decades Nettie has dedicated her life to the performing arts as a choreographer, instructor, and professional performer. Her work has been featured on a variety of stages, including the Blue Ocean Music Hall - Salisbury, MA, Portland House of Music - Portland, ME,  the Institute of Contemporary Art - Boston, MA and most recently with the world premier of the Dark Side of Somewhere at Deertrees Theater in Harrison, ME. Nettie will be teaching our Dance Fusion class for the 2023-2024 season. We are happy to welcome Nettie back to The Ballroom.
