PLEASE NOTE: Ages in the class description are guidelines. Prior experience is the most important factor in determining class placement. Also, some changes in the schedule may be needed, during the dance term. Classes with low enrollment may be canceled or postponed-- advance registration is important! BALLROOM & LATIN

Learn to dance! Prepare for a special event (weddings, social events, competitions, shows) or just learn how to have fun & feel more confident on the dance floor!

Our group class is back at 7 pm on Tuesday evenings!
Private lessons and Wedding Preparation sessions are available by appointment Tuesday afternoons and evenings. Purchase a session online.

We offer lessons for beginners through advanced-level ballroom dancers.

BELLY DANCE

Taught by Lisa Cummings (Imari), artistic director of Imari in the Sahara Desert Dancers. Belly Dancing is therapeutic and energizing and is a great way to socialize.

INTEGRATIVE FITNESS TRAINING
Tuesdays and Thursdays 9-10:20 AM

Personal attention is the heart of this practice featuring a holistic approach to functional strength, mobility, and balance training with a focus on improved proprioception (the body's sense of positioning & tension). Taught by Nan Brett, dancer, ACE Certified Fitness Instructor, ACSM/ACS Certified Cancer Exercise Trainer, Reiki Master, SCW Certified Pilates instructor, Biomechanics MethodTM Corrective Exercise Specialist, Institute for Integrative Health & FitnessTM Certified Corrective Exercise Instructor, and the director of The Ballroom. This class includes gentle, targeted corrective exercise designed to improve function for injured or post-rehab clients cleared for exercise as well for cancer patients in treatment or recovery. SOUL EMBODY LIVING
Barre, Mat Pilates, Yoga with Emilie Chatelain

Barre is a full body workout using a blend of yoga, pilates, and ballet movements. Barre helps strengthen muscle groups through small controlled isometric movements using your own body weight and/or supportive props for resistance. It is a low impact class yet expect to feel challenged. Barre is a great way to build strength, balance, and connection with the body. Emilie’s classes are creatively challenging, fun, and empowering. Barre is accessible for anyone and at any level of experience.
Mat Pilates is centered around muscular balance, core strength, breathing, alignment, mental focus, and increased body awareness. The class is primarily contemporary movement with classical movements sprinkled in. Expect a flow sequence focused on core, arms, legs, glutes sometimes using props such as balls and light weights.

ZUMBA
Classes meet weekly on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 8:15 am

For everybody and every body! Zumba takes the "work" out of workout by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity dance and fitness moves. You'll go at your own pace in this fun interval-style dance-fitness class. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over you'll see why Zumba classes are called "Exercise in Disguise".
Classes are taught by Zumba instructors Rachel Bradley, Emily Baker & Allison Taber. Classes meet weekly, Wednesdays and Saturdays 8:30-9:30 am.

Vinyasa Yoga with Meghan Jarvis
Currently held Thursdays at 6pm (please check our website Calendar for scheduling updates). A rhythmic flow that links breath to movement and allows for expansion in both the body and mind.
