YOGA WITH ROSE:

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 10 am

Schedule changes periodically

Classes for beginners as well as experienced yogis are taught by Rose Heggeman, BA, Holistic Health Coach and registered Yoga Alliance 200 hour teacher. Moderate Flow (focused on alignment, strength and mental focus) classes meet Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 10 am.

GENTLE YOGA & SOMATIC MOVEMENT WITH KATHRYN GARDNER:

6 week sessions meet Mondays 12:30-1:30 pm

SomaSoul® workshops scheduled periodically

Classes for beginners as well as experienced yogis are taught by Rose Heggeman BA, Holistic Health Coach and registered Yoga Alliance 200 hour yoga teacher and Kathryn Gardner. Moderate Flow: focused on alignment, strength and mental focus.
